📝 主旨内容

2025年,感觉特别适合拿来迎接一个全新的开始,事实也确实如此.
浮躁的2023,摆烂的2024……… 上进的2025?
总之,我觉察了之前最大的问题,目标不是太宏大,就是想要的太多,实现步骤不够具体 最重要的是,对于细节的过度苛求往往使我在原地迟滞.
有感于此,结合先前的阅历,我打造了一个几乎不可能失效的框架,叙述如下.

君子六艺:典,急,孝,乐,绷,麻?

正经的说法是,礼、乐、射、御、书、数. 我的远比这个简单
读书,做题,分享,运动,写字,口琴
 

读书

泛指一切输入型活动,包括但不限于数学课本,各类人文社科的书籍(马来语,华语,英语),纪录片,网课视频
 

做题

泛指一切输出型活动,包括但不限于做数学题,亲自上手编程,读书的过程中写注解
 

分享

泛指一切归纳型的活动,基本上写博客,做笔记都属此类
 

运动

对于现阶段的我而言,运动 = 八段锦+跑步+健身,有闲暇的话游泳打羽毛球什么的
 

写字

目前只专注在硬笔字上,在校大学生表示入门门槛较低且机动性高.在此推荐广东五千年文具实业有限公司的0.7毫米黑色中性笔
 

口琴

想着学个乐器提升一下气质?顺手加进去了,要求为入门C调口琴就好,不做具体要求

🤗 一些想法

对于我来说,这个框架的好处在于,舍弃任何小的组合部分(如舍弃游泳)并不会对大局产生什么太深刻的影响,而且其拓展性较强.
我在日常生活中只需要锁死这六条,应该就可以维持生活中一定程度的效率.对于消磨自身的焦虑抑郁无聊,具有相当积极的作用.
同时,我不再设置过于远大的目标,最远的限期是一个季度.希望这次能够长成一个文理双全的男孩啦hhhh
之后我再看能不能开发一个有效的set up and forget的框架,即以做项目的形式进步.

即:根据已知目标,确立最关键的部分(影响也最大),而把全部精力投入其中
先前的目标太多,我只留三项重要的,即健身,本专业能力,读书
感谢我去年第四季度的努力,我已经将健身化为自身的本能,实质上只需要攻克后两者
